    Hosts The

    6th Annual Chesapeake Bay

    Police Motorcycle Training & Competition

    Dear Sir/Madam:

We would like to invite you to be a part of the 6th Annual Chesapeake Bay Police Motorcycle Training and Competition, April 22-24, 2010 in the parking lot at Wal-Mart located on Rt. 17, 1094 Frederick Boulevard in Portsmouth Virginia. The Portsmouth Police Department, in coordination with other Hampton Roads Police Agencies, is proud to be hosting this competition. This annual event provides an opportunity for police motorcycle riders from the Eastern United States, to improve their motor riding skills, exchange new training ideas, as well as give back to their community. Best of all, it benefits the March of Dimes. All proceeds from the rider application fee, fund raising, sponsorship and all donations, benefit the March of Dimes. Since the inaugural event in 2005 we have raised $45,000.00 for the March of Dimes!

Your support will help promote this event and support the March of Dimes. We invite you to participate in any capacity, whether through contributions or donations. For your support, you will receive advertising in the Rodeo Program and your contribution is tax deductible (Tax ID number available).

We thank you in advance for your participation, and for helping the March of Dimes, Saving Babies, Together. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact me at your convenience.

    Sincerely,

    Officer Gregg Fisher
